We also have an Overprinting Service for those of you who need pre-printed Bureau Labels or Tickets with a quick turn around - We cant be beaten. These are printed using our 'Inhouse Thermal Transfer Printing Bureau' and can be printed with any variable information and onto any substrait that you require.
We can also print in ANY colour you choose, (even Pantone matching) with no plate costs involved. This is a low cost alternative to plate printing. From 1 label - 10 Million variable data tickets - its no problem !
Thermal Printers
Dealing direct with the Biggest manufaturers (inc: Zebra, Datamax, WASP, Toshiba, Citizen,Intermec, Printronix... to name a few) we can supply all the major Thermal Transfer Barcode printers at a fraction of the cost.
Thermal Printheads
I.I.D. also offer original Printheads from leading thermal printer manufacturers such as: Datamax, Toshiba TEC, Wasp, Intermec, Printronix & Zebra.
You can fit these printheads yourself, or we can arrange for an engineer to visit and install your new printhead on-site, and we can also offer a return to base fitting service. When an engineer fits these he will carry out minor adjustments on your printer at the same time, providing you with optimum print quality.
Thermal Ribbons
With our extensive knowledge of the thermal transfer Printer and Ribbons Market we can supply you with ribbons for ANY printer to print onto ANY sustrate, and in just about ANY pantone colour that you can think of. If you are unsure of the correct Ribbons you need (or are using) our dedicated professionals can advise you of the correct ribbon to suit your application.
For more difficult or unusual ribbon and label combinations we can offer you our in house testing and evaluation facility, this includes colour matching.
