TERMS:
Toshiba engineer call outs are charged as follows:
- Call Out @ £100 (inc first half hour)
- Subsequent Labour @ £65 per hour
ALL other Thermal Printer engineer call outs are charged as follows:
- Call Out @ £130 (inc first half hour)
- Subsequent Labour @ £75 per hour
With more than £1.5 million worth of spare parts in the UK & with over 130 UK regional based engineers, this is an all inclusive rate with no additional subsidence or mileage charges applicable.
Please note: These rates DO NOT include parts which will be charged as replaced.
Call out times cannot be guaranteed unless your printer is covered by a Maintenance Contract with IID Solutions - which then guarantees an 8 hour response and also include replacement of damaged parts and all labour and callout costs.
